From 2004, we began to constantly develop our machines in order to satisfy the need of bio-fuel energy. Now our MZLH-series of pelletizing presses are particularly appropriate for products which are difficult to pellet, such as wood wastes, straws and the other biomasses. Our pelletizing presses are with a drive power from 5.5kw to 160kw to make pellet of different sizes.
We plan and calculate wood/straw pelletizing plants according to the requirement of the customer considering the capacity and the local conditions. We have completed over 300 turn-key projects on wood pellet plants in China with 1-6ton/1hour, and exported 30 complete plants to Hungary, Sweden, Malaysia, UK, Vietnam, Ukraine, Greece, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Latvia, Estonia, Spain and New Zealand.
We also developed the MZLP-series small biomass pellet mills and mobile complete small mobile biomass pellet lines to meet the small scale need on bio-fuel for small farmers and families. Our advanced pellet stoves are with remote control function and features of auto-adjusting on temperature and auto-cleaning on dust. The complete biomass briquette plants can be designed to meet the different needs to make briquette or charcoal. Other products include assistant wood crushers, baler crushers, rotary drum dryers, dual-paddles mixers, counter-flow coolers, belt coolers for wood pellets and semi-auto packing machines.
